Picking Wednesday rewrites the reply to “I’ll take this one. I’ll share a draft by Wednesday.”, and Claude will add the task and block Wednesday 14:00–17:00. On send the team sees only the reply; a note only the sender can see says two tools were updated, Notion and Google Calendar.
