insight: Lena, the sustainability lead at Fennick Freight, said on today's renewal call that assigning questions is their biggest headache. She emails each of her 12 colleagues a spreadsheet, chases them every Friday, and only finds out who's stuck the week before the auditor arrives. She'd like to assign questions in Coolset and see who hasn't started.
